ProMugshot is a software-as-a-service application that generates product listing images (for example hero, infographic, and lifestyle shots) from user-provided product photos using AI models. No physical goods are shipped.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3Acceptable Use

• •Only upload images you have the right to use.
• •No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• •No attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.

4Payments

You agree to pay applicable fees. Due to immediate GPU processing, purchases are non-refundable, as described in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

5Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your uploaded images. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store the images solely to provide the service.

6Output Usage

Generated outputs are provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for complying with any applicable laws, platform policies, or employer guidelines.

7Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your data.

8Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

9Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMugshot and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
